Custom Motorcycle Seating

Ordering and Payment

Do you have a store that I can visit?
-CSC is located in Charlotte, NC. We currently do not have a brick and mortar store. All retail sales are currently online only.


I want to order a specific seat but it is listed as “out of stock”. Am I able to order this seat?
-Yes you can! Using the CSC "Design Your Own" tool, create the seat as you'd like it.  Add the seat to your shopping cart, provide your payment information and you're all set.  You'll receive your seat within 3 - 6 weeks of order placement.


Can I cancel my order?

-Orders placed for "Off The Shelf" and "Design Your Own" motorcycle seats may be canceled within 48 hours of placing your order.  If you have placed a scheduling deposit for a "Bespoke" motorcycle seat or for a custom auto interior, these deposits are non-refundable.


What types of payments do you accept?
-We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal on our website. 


Is customstitchingco.com a secure website?
-Yes, our website has a valid SSL registered certificate

Shipping

What if my package is lost or stolen?
-All CSC online orders will ship insured and with a signature requirement upon delivery. We do not want porch pirates enjoying your new seat. If your package is lost in transit, call CSC ASAP so that we may get in touch with UPS to locate your package.


When will my order ship?
-Ready-made seats that are in stock will ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Design Your Own styled seats will ship within 3-6 weeks of order placement. Bespoke motorcycle seats ship upon completion and upon CSC receiving full payment for the seat.


Do you ship internationally?
-Yes, CSC can handle all international orders. 


What are your shipping fees?
-We ship utilizing UPS.  Shipping fees will vary depending on what you are purchasing and where you are located.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return an item for a refund?

-If you have placed an online order for an in-stock motorcycle seat or, if you have placed an order for a "Design Your Own" seat, CSC provides a 48 hour window from the time of order placement for you to cancel your purchase.  If you have placed a deposit for a custom bespoke motorcycle seat or automobile interior, these deposits are not refundable.  All sales are final.


I received my seat but after seeing it on my bike, I would prefer a different seat that you sell. Can I exchange my seat?
-We understand that making a decision to buy a non-returnable product you cannot see can be difficult. We strive to make sure you are comfortable and know exactly what you are purchasing before completing your order. For example, we love to send samples to our customers so that they can pick the right colors for their project before purchasing.  


What if I received a damaged item?
-All seats are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure the seats are completely damage free. CSC packages seats in a matter to thoroughly protect the entire seat during shipping. Though we take time and effort to ensure you’re receiving a perfect item, we understand that things happen. We ship our seats insured. If you receive a damaged item, contact CSC pronto to discuss.

Motorcycle Seats

Am I able to send you my motorcycle seat for restyling?

-If standard restyling of your own motorcycle seat is your preference, CSC is more than happy to accommodate your request.  Simply contact a CSC specialist via phone, fill out our contact form, or send an email to info.customstitchingco@gmail.com


I have a Rider's Backrest.  Am I able to have the backrest restyled to match my CSC restyled seat?
