CSC’s Limited Warranty

Factory Replacement Motorcycle Seats made by The Custom Stitching Co, LLC are warranted for one year against defects in material and workmanship. 


CSC must first be notified of any apparent defect. A return authorization will be issued. Carefully pack the product, and return prepaid. Upon receipt, CSC will make a fair, prompt decision regarding repair or replacement. 


Incidental and consequential damages arising from or in connection with the installation or use of a CSC Factory Replacement Motorcycle Seat are not covered by this warranty.


An original purchase receipt must be provided in order to obtain a warranty repair or replacement.

Refunds/Credits/Exchanges

CSC accepts returns of "In Stock" motorcycle seats. "Design Your Own" seats, Bespoke seats, and Bespoke interiors are one-of-a-kind products and are non-returnable.


If you would like to return an "In Stock" motorcycle seat, you have up to a maximum of ten (10) days after receiving the "In Stock" seat to discuss the nature of the problem with a CSC Representative by calling 704-408-4256.  If the seat is to be returned, we will send you a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) form that will include our shipping address.   Be sure the seat is in perfect condition (never used, no scratches, scuffs, rips, etc.) with ALL CSC hang tags in place. Pack the "In Stock" seat back into the original box with the packing material.  Don't forget to include the completed RMA with the seat in the box.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


If you receive a seat that is damaged when you open the box, it is your responsibility to immediately call the shipping agent (UPS, the Postal Service, etc.) to file a damage claim. Be sure to keep the box and all packing material, since these may be needed in filing a claim. Please call us if you have more questions.
