CUSTOM STITCHING CO POLICIES

CSC Policies

The Custom Stitching Co. STANDARD POLICIES

  •  LABOR RATE:  $85.00 per hour 


  • All work is scheduled.  CSC requires 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Full payment is required upon completion of a project.  There will be a storage fee of $25.00 per day for any project/vehicle/seat not picked up within 48 hours of completion notification.
  • All vehicles are required to have insurance.  A copy of the insurance card must be submitted to CSC upon scheduling.
  • CSC is not responsible for any broken plastic parts on vehicles that are 2 years old or older.
  • CSC is not responsible for loss or damage to any items or valuables left in vehicle.
  • Deposits must be paid in full in order to start any project.
  • Scheduling deposits secure calendar time and cover communication and design time only.
  • Scheduling deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • APPROVED refunds will be issued by company check within 60 days of approval.
  • NC Sales Tax will be included on all labor associated with all parts/components built and sold as a finished product.
  • Approved supplied materials will incur an additional charge of 15% of labor costs.
  • Final payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Money Orders, and Certified Funds.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $50 charge.
  • A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on past due invoices.
